Using Dommon to check replication status

We have root windows 200 domain which is in mixed mode. I use dommon, from
w2k resource kit to check replication status which always reads insynch,
which means replication is ok. We have now setup a test child domain with
one domain controller. I know use dommon and when i check the replication
status from the root domain or test child domain it comes up with
replication status unknown between the domains. Replication seems ok as we
can access from both domains, we also have setup the dns correctly. Has
anyone used dommon before and do you know what unknown replication status
means

Sorry don't know of that tool, How ever if you have Windows Server Support
Tools installed you may use the command line based tool repadmin also to
check replication status with the syntax below:

repadmin /showreps /v
