Using Domain at office and Workgroup at home

When our domain was an NT domain I used to be able to
logon with my business machine (Windows 2000 Pro) with
Domain1 populated and see the shares and printers that
were on my home personal machine (XP Home)on my HOME
workgroup. We have recently upgraded to Windows 2000
Server and now when I try to accomplish above I cannot
access my home personal computer any longer. I get the
following error...

\\HomeComputerName is not accessible.

There are currently no logon servers available to service
the logon request.

I since have created a new user on the local machine and
logon to my work machine with ComputerName in the domain
field and I can see my shares fine. But all my settings
are for the UserName.Domain settings.

Can I still leave the domain name in the domain field and
see my HOME workgroup ?? and how ??

Thank you in advanced,

Mark

Rename the home workgroup to the domain name and create on the home
computers the user account matching your domain account.
