Using Company Business Card in Signature

I have a business card art file saved as a JPG. I'd like to use it in
my signature and create links to my web site from it as well. Is there
a way to do this in Outlook? I am using Outlook 2002.

This was helpful to a point, thank you. I configured a card in
FrontPage and saved it as an htm file, but the business card image
just is not showing up and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
If I opent the htm file it looks fine, but within Outlook I just get
my text info, not the card. I will try to figure out what I am doing
wrong. Does it mater that I am using Outlook 2002, not 2003? Thanks!
