Hi,

I'm thinking of running a small Access d-base on a sony
clie nx80. I intend to have about a total of 30-40
records imported at any time with the main database being
on a pc. The data will all be text, and some numbers. I
may consider adding OLE pictures (but that would add 25 -
30 pictures).

Does anyone have any experience with hand helds using a
palm OS and Access? A friend advised that this may not be
such a good idea. What doth the forum say?

:)

Take a look at the Dataviz products. They have one that does a nice
job.

David,

There are several commercial products available through online
resellers like PalmGear and Handango that provide stable and reliable
extension of an Access database to a Palm OS device.

Our company produces one such product. Pendragon Forms synchronizes
directly with Access data tables and supports the use of images in
records. Additional information is available at
www.pendragonsoftware.com.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
