using a wireless remote

I have Office 2003 - Power Point and it's not recognizing my remote...apollo.
Any suggestion to correct this problem?
 
I'm certainly not an expert on remotes, but my guess it that it's more a
matter of the laptop than PowerPoint. Try putting the presentation on a
friend's laptop and see if that works. If it does, try contacting the
manufacturer of the laptop.
