Using a Vista 32-bit serial on 64-it Vista

I bought a copy of Vista Ultimate 32 bit edition a couple of month ago,
however I want to upgrade the RAM on my machine to 4+ gig and therefore I
need to get a 64 bit operating system. My question is, can I use my Vista
32 bit serial for Vista 64 bit, or will I have to splash out for a new copy
of Vista?

The same key will work for 32 or 64 bit. If you have previously activated
the 32 bit install you may have to phone to activate the 64 bit install.
