Using a program on a limited account

I can't seem to use this program on my computer because I am on a limited
account. Is there a way to use it without changing my account to a Computer
Administrator account?

Hello,

You can use the runas command to specify the administrator account (or
another account with admin privledges).

Hold Down the shift-key then right click on the application and choose runas
then select the admin account and provide the correct credentials.
