Using a PivotTable to report Form results

Has anyone successfully used an interactive PivotTable (inserted web
component) in a webpage to report Form results? How is that accomplished?

The error I get when I try to attach a database that resides in my website's
fpdb directory is, "Office Web Components cannot open data sources on web
servers. Please copy the data source to a local or network file share."

Really? If that's true, what good are web components like this if you cannot
use them on a website?

Thanks Thomas. But that link only confirms that in order to see and use web
components, the webpage viewer needs to have them installed. Which I do.

But, again, has anyone used the PivotTable web component (or perhaps a chart
component), to report Form results on the web (as opposed to an intranet)? I
can't find a single example out there.

Posting this question to Access seems less appropriate, as the crux of my
question involves the use of web components on a website using Frontpage. But
I will anyhow.

The last time I looked at using Office Web Components, the server had to also have them installed as
well, but that has change with the last two versions of Office.

The folks in Access also have web sites and may have a solution for having this work.
