Using a picture pasted...

I need to be able to take a picture (actually it's an Excel drawing of a
trailer), paste or embed it into a form and them be able to place check boxes
on it to indicate damages. The picture will actually be in a subform. I've
created the table with the damage locations mapped and the field type is
Yes/No.

I can paste the picture into the subform but the checkboxes will not show up
when I place them on the picture.

When the data entry clerk finishes checking the boxes where damages were
noted, I will then use a query to get the damage reports. The picture is
only to facilitate entering the data. I thought it would be easier than have
a bunch of check boxes on the form. She will be able to use the actual form
(filled out by hand) to place the damages where they belong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
