Using a MS Access Database on a computer with no MS Access

I have created a basic database with a form using Office 2003 pro. I
would like for a user to be able to use it, but they don't have any
version of MS Access on their computer.

I was under the impression that I this could be done. Is there some type
of "packaging" I have to do before hand?

Thanks

Hmm... the anonymous post is not completely accurate. An Access database can
run on a PC without Access installed, provided it is distributed with Access
runtime. This has no cost to the "customer", but the developer must own a
Developer edition to package the application with runtime (legitimately), so
there is a (one-off) cost for the developer.
