using 2nd template, cant get them to auto list into alphabetical

Hi, have downloaded the 2nd template offered by microsoft but having put in
numurous address cannot get it to automatically put them in alphabetical
order, will go a -z and z- a but still in the order i put them in, please help
 
Create a query based on the table & set the sorting there
