Usershell folder blocked in MS Anti Spyware

My problem
I`ve blocked Usershell folders. I went to the "event details" and found the
following annotations but could not find a way to unblock functions:

shell folders from Favorites to %USERPROFILE%\Favoritos.

I tried to uninstall MSAntSpyware but got "error 1606" and it ended by
saying " error on uninstalling".

What do I do? How can I unblock these folder?

I uninstalled the program and installed it again.
Problem solved.

same thing happend to me, I had to reload the registry entries for the user
shells, then it worked (Didn't uninstall MAS)
