can not switch users with out logging off then log on

Hi,

Are you using offline files? You cannot use both, also you must have the
welcome screen enabled.

not to sound stupid Rick, but I dont know what files are being used, when I go into user accounts Mcfee stops script MSHTA,exe when I allow it both boxes are checked then I apply close go back same thing

Hi Scott,

You misunderstand. Offline files is a feature that is available in WinXP
Pro, and you cannot use it and fast user switching together.
