Using XP SP2
spyware works fine when I sign on as a USER When My wife
signs on as a USER she recieves unexpected error
shutting down error 101
Tried the update method did not work

The current build definitely has shortcomings in this situation. I don't
have a workaround for you, I'm afraid.

Can see get on for any period of time before the shutdown? If so, try
reinstalling the software while logged on as her. The software does not
understand mulitple users well yet from reports.
