users viewing folders

i am the computer administrator and i have a second user
on my machine with his own account but he is still able
to view the folders in my second drive ,when i try to use
properties to make the foder private that option is
grayed out how do i control his ability to view my files
i have windows xp home edition do i need some kind of
patch or something ?

What you really need is a load of punctuation marks and an occasi-
onal [shift] here and there....

You password your profile.
Also you need to be using NTFS and not FAT32 file system.
To check:
Open My Computer, Right click C drive, click Properties.
What does it say by "File System"?
To convert to NTFS:

Data should be safe, back-up important data just in case.
