Users to text file

Running w2k Active Directory and have about 300 users.
Need get a list of these people and put in a text file. Is
there a net command that will do this or just how is it
done. Thanks!
 
you can go to ad users and groups and right click on users and select export
list. this will allow you to save it to a txt file.
 
You could use csvde tool to export users in csv format and import it in
Excel.
