User missing from net user /domain

Hi,
I encountered the following problem with a certain user in my Active
Directory:
When I issue the command:
net user /domain
I get a list of all the users in the domain, except for one user.
When I issue the command:
net user ...user_name... /domain
the user is found and I get all the information about the user.
Why is the user missing from the list returned by the first command ?

Hello PG,

Have you compared all user properties with one user that will be displayed
to be sure that it is not a configuration problem? Every properties field.
