users sharing ms programs

i'm new to windows xp having used windows 98 for years. the whole concept of different users on the same computer is hard to get used to. specific question: i set up ms money in my user and now want to share it with my wife (but not others). when she opens it, she gets the intro again. sure don't want to input all that data again. what's the trick?

Any thing I want to share with my wife, I copy to her desk top using "the
copy to folder feature" in the "menu bar edit button".
