Users cant release USB flash drive

Hi.
Students (users) on my network cant "safely" remove their
USB flashes by closign the device before hey unplug it.
I dont have the drive blocked (E drive)
Where do I get the setting in AD so that users can click
and release/close the device without getting the "Your
administrator has blocked this" (not verbatim)

I have the same issue in my labs. I cannot seem to find the GPO setting
which is locking these poor saps down, nor can I find one which will
elevate them to perform the unmount.
