Users and Groups control panel

I've noticed that on my dad's laptop for work, and
computers in labs here on campus, they're running XP pro
and the users and groups control panel looks exactly like
it does in Windows 2000. And on my copy of XP its all
different, its all graphical and stuff. Why is that and
is it possible to make mine like that?

You want the Classic View. Go to Start | Help and Support, and
enter Classic View for instructions.
