Users and Groupes

Is there a way under Windows XP Home to get to the Users and Groups utility ?
I cannot find it under Administrator Tools - Computer Management (like in Windows 2000).
I installed a software that automatically created new User-groupes but Ineed to add my user-account to one or more of these user-groupes with this utility.

Hi,

right click my Computer and then select Manage. Here you should see "Local
Users and Groups". Expend it and two more containers will appear... Under
Users you create Users and under Groups you create groups.

Select the user (double click on it) and go to Member of tab and select the
group you want to add it to...
