Users accessing the internet

I have three user accounts. Mine is administrative, and my daughter
and sons are limited. Does anybody know why all three of us are only
able to access the internet on my daugher's?

hi,

what exactly happens when you try to access it on yours? did you try
connecting to the internet, on your login using the dial up networking?
(or if there is one present?)
