Username as parameter in query

Is there a way to use set a query's parameters based upon
who signs in (user level security). For example, I would
like to create a query which will show each user their own
Hours Worked, but not show them anybody else's Hours
Worked.

I understand how to set user level security, but how do I
call a username into the query?

Set the criteria to CurrentUser() - this will return the username.
