Userinit.exe error

Everytime I log in to my account (or any other account) in my computer an "user.init.exe" error occurs. It doesn't say much, it just says: "userinit.exe has detected an error and it will close". I can't log in to any account, more precisely I can't use my computer at all, will I have to format it?
