Userform? to step through row/column data?

I am actually looking for some good samples (or sample
sites) for Excel macro/VBS programming.

Specifically, I want to build a flashcard application to step
through a ranging, showing a cell from one column, and
then the answer from the corresponding column.

Seems rather simple, and although I am a good programmer
(in other languages) I don't do much Excel beyond recording
and modifying macros a bit.

Like all good programmers, I would like to borrow and build
on someone else's code. <grin>

I would also like to play some MP3 or WMA snippets from
within Excel programmatically.

So the real question -- which is likely a FAQ -- is where are
the good/best sample sites and such for Excel?
