Userenv error

Hi,
I have windows 2000 server, and in event log every couple of minutes
I get the error like ::

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 12/9/2003
Time: 15:00:01
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: DOMAIN_SERVER_NAME
Description:
Windows cannot access the registry information at
\\Domain.com\sysvol\Domain.com\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\Machine\registry.pol
with (53).


:: can anybody help ?
I am not sure what is the problem :(
