useraccount / internet problem

IE 6 normally works fine. If I change to another user account then some
internet links stop working. These are links like the following...

http://www.nbc-club.nl/is-bin/INTER...E7-jLNlza9ZBCCd9kpFcpwbEsY=?CategoryName=2107
or
http://www.google.nl/grphp?hl=nl&tab=wg&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Is there a setting that is configured wrong? Why does it work in my own
account but not the others?

You may need to check there are proxy server behind the
Internet Setting.
Different user login need to re-assign the Proxy Server
port unless it already defined in group policy.
