HI all,
sorry for my bad english . I have quetstation about group police .
Can I applicate restriction for only one user , or I must create OU
with this user ?

It is probably best to create an OU for that users\. Maybe you will want to add
more users to it at some time. You could also create a GPO for that user and
filter the permissions for it so that the "apply" permission is for only that
user. See the link below and the section on filtering the scope of a GPO. --
