You can download and install the runtime edition of access. This is a free
royalty method for distribution.
The runtime system allows you to run applications that you build in Access.
The users will not be able to make design changes, but in this case, that
usually what you want anyway.
The runtime system is free for access 2007, and for Access 2010. Prior to
that it was rather quite expensive and I don't believe it's available for
purchase from Microsoft anymore.

The above also includes links to download the free runtime. If you install
the runtime, then you can copy your application to those machines and it
will run.
You do have to ensure you take extra care of your users in providing things
like a startup form in which they can use to move around and launch other
forms. The runtime does not have a default ribbon provided, and you need to
provide the "shell" of the application.
