user with Assign password authorization

You would distribute a different workgroup than the one you secured your
database with. You would make this user a member of the Admins group. That
would allow them the ability to add new users, without having all the
permissions that the Admins group has in the original workgroup file.

Hello there

I set many uses on my application.

On there i need to create user that can add new usernames and assign
password which is not in administrator group

Can i add this type of user to my workgroup?
