User Rename

I have a user that just got married and wants to change her network login
name. I've already given her an smtp alias w/in Exchange but she wants her
network login to change as well. How easy/difficult will this be to rename
the user object and have all the rights/permissions and group memberships
follow? Also when the user object changed will she still have access to her
mail box and old mail etc?

As easy as right clicking on the account and selecting rename.
