Another very useful way would be to turn on auditing. It seems that this
has become a very popular topic lately.

Essentially, if you want to know who created what or who moved what or who
deleted what then you need to turn on auditing before 'who' created what or
'who' moved what or 'who' deleted what ( read: from the get-go! ).
