I've been asked to compare user profiles from NT 4.0 and
XP Pro.
How do I go about doing that?
Do I use a Profile viewer?
if so how?
and what will i be looking for.
If there is any documentation on this, that would help
alot.

Probably best to go back to the person who asked you to do this and find
out their expectations on your deliverables to him/her, and then go from
there. You need to ask him/her lots of questions about their
expectations and anticipations about your assignment. As you state it,
it's very unclear.
