User Profiles

I have a problem getting my Terminal servers to pull user
profiles from the main file server. The three are
connected to each other in a small office environment, two
terminal servers and one file server.
I can't copy user profiles from the file server to the
terminal servers, I obviously don't know how to do it. I
normally come in from the outside through a terminal
server session to do this via Citrix XP. Cant get to the
profiles to upload them can anyone help.
