User Profiles: Unknown Account

XP Home Edition with latest updates.

Control Panel -> System Properties -> User Profiles

has an entry: Account Unknown. Can I delete this?

(I had previously added, then deleted a user account).

Does this have something to do with Owner
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=312131)?
 
is it something to do with the .net 's access acount to
the net that is generally hidden? sometimes an account with
..asp will show up. or else it's just a remnant of the
deleted account.
