User Profiles Hive Cleanup version 1.6.30 issue

I have User Profiles Hive Cleanup version 1.6.30 installed.

Event Viewer showing warning log but no notification or warning from Window
Defender at all even When Changing Notification option. I see this log shows
up when restarting, log-off computer. I'm Wondering What's going on?

WD does not worry about UPHclean v 1.6.30.0 for me, in Tools, Software
explorer, currently running programs it shows it as allowed (you have to wait
a while for in progress to change) and no warning events.

However, When I use Sysinternals Process Explorer, I get no alert, yet
system event log shows a warning.
In running programs it shows it as noyt yet classified.

Have you turned on display of unclassified items, in the Defender UI?
