Unfortunately, Winows Defender is alerting regarding my firewall rules for
Trend OfficeScan. This event occurs every hour since yesterday afternoon.
Where do we file official bug reports?

I forgot to fix the post subject. I know its not being blocked. But it is
alerting about something that is not a concern. If Windows Defender alerts
about all custom firewall rules, then everyone is going to have a problem
with it.

You are in (roughly) the right place--you might report it in appcompat,
which is slightly more on target.

This is being reported as an unknown. Have you turned on both advanced
spynet membership, and the checkbox near the end of general settings that
gets you notified for these objects? By default, I think unknowns just
generate system event log messages, and not notice to the user--and this
kind of issue is probably part of the reason for that default.
