User profiles Copy To button grayed out!

Our company is changing domain names. There is a computer with a user
profile that is vital to our shipping department. I am not able to copy the
old user profile into the new user profile because the old user profile is
grayed out.

I need some assistance on how to go around this issue and copy the old
profile into the new profile.

Sounds like you are logged on as that user.
You cannot copy to or from a profile that it in use.
Log off, and log back on as another admin user.

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I did login as administrator from three domains and local domain, who are
all in the local administrator group and the specific profile, is still
grayed out.

Is there any other suggestion you may have?

If this is XP the procedure I have found to work for me is to (1)make the
account you are logging in with an administrator on the local machine. (2)
Use an account that is in the same domain as the PC. (3) Reboot the PC (4)
Login and make the profile changes
