Once deleted, the user profile is gone. You will need to recreate the mail
account under one of the remaining profiles.
There is a possibility, depending upon how you deleted the profile and the
email client you are using, that the email files still remain under the
C:\documents and settings. I would suggest searching through the user
profiles.
