I get a message that "windows cnnot load my profile
because it may be corrupt" it then logs me on using a
temporary profile. All files created and software
downloaded on the temporary profile are lost once I log
off (including anti-virus software. Can anyone help me
please

Have admin recreate profile on server. About second part,

you will lose files created if you log into another
machine because it is not logging you into your roaming
profile, but if you are using same machine they will be
there
