Upon rebooting a laptop (without adding any new
hardware/software) using the same username and password
that has worked for years. The system decided upon
signoing into a brand new profile, thus creating a new
profile in explorer (not in user profiles). The new
profile folder has the correct username but added a dot
computer name to it. I can not get the system to sigh on
to the correct profile (explorer folders); though I can
delete the accournt out of explorer it is recreated upon
the next log on.
