User profile config

I am running a Windows 2003 Active directory domain and have multiple windows
XP pr workstations and are using Outlook 2003 for e-mal.
New domain users always have to log into the domain to create a new profile
on the desktop and then manually the mailbox needs to be configured before
they can use it.
Is it possible to automate this mailbox setup for new profiles or to
manually create the profile with the mail settings on the desktop without
having to log in with thier username and password?
