User preference for flag background color in Outlook 2003

Perhaps I'm old-fashioned, but I prefer the look of the Outlook 2000 method
of flagging a message, where just the flag is colored, not the background --
would it be possible to make this user-configurable? Having the flag alone is
enough to make the message stand out (particularly since you can click the
column head to sort by flag status).

Disable Quick Flags in Views, arrange By, Customize, Define Views and add
the Flag column to the view.
