user passwords2

I can't get "user passwords2" bring up the dialogue box. Can anyone suggest
what might be the problem?

The correct command is "Control Userpasswords2" (Without the quotes).

You have to go to Start > Run and type 'control userpasswords2'
(Without the quotation marks)
