User Name and Passwords

Whenever I am asked for a user name and password I can select from a drop down list, previously used User Names. This is for websites that request log ons and also MSN Messenger. How can I delete the sign in names / user names that I nolonger want on the list as I don't use them. I have a huge list of about 7 user names and I only use one now.
I have Windows XP Home and MSN Messenger 6.2.

Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click Content tab
Click AutoComplete button
You can clear as desired from there.
Next time you sign in you will need to input the information.
