If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. My
husband and I both have accounts with yahoo.com , however
when we try to sign in it says the page is unavailable. I
went to the windows update page and downloaded an update
that pertained to this issue. We still cannot log in. I
know this has to be something simple to fix on our system
(as we can log into yahoo on other computers) I just
cannot find it!!

Thanks!!
Robyn

Hi

You can try this solution

1) Click Start, and then click Run.
2) Type REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL and press OK.
3) Please make sure that you leave a space between
REGSVR32 and SOFTPUB.DLL
4) You will get a message that says "DllRegisterServer in
SOFTPUB.DLL" succeeded.
5) Click on OK and then try signing in.

Thanks

Clive

Hi,
Try clearing the IE cache.
From IE> Tools> Options> General> Delete Files & Delete offline content. You
might also set the TIF folder size to about 50MB. Bigger isn't necessarily
better.
Also, delete any cookies from Yahoo. If you're clicking on an Internet
Sortcut to get to Yahoo, try typing in the URL.
