user must have account to logon???

Is there a way to tell XPsp2 so that if a user doesn't have an account
setup in control panel/users or system manage/users, taht they can't
logon to the machine locally or through the domain?

I thought the initial release of XP, if a users local account wasn't
setup, they couldn't even logon at all.

Any ideas?

Well I discovered the answer to my own question by playing. I went into
admin tools, local security settings, user rights, and removed everyone
but admin, and the user groups that actually need access to that
machine. Worked perfectly.
