"User Must Change Password at Next Logon" checkbox getting disabled

I am adding a new user to the Active Directory, and then checking the
"User Must Change Password At Next Logon" option. However, The next
time I log on using that particual user account, the option
automatically gets unchecked.
Why is it happening? Please help

Well, do you change the password? It is normal that the option gets
unchecked after you log on with that user account, changing your password.
