Windows 2000 Active Directory Question

I have a single domain Active Directory and have
encountered some rather strange behavior in the Actice
Directory Users and Computers snap-in. It seems that when
a users password expires, the checkbox for "User must
change password at next logon" does not always get
checked (but sometimes does).

Any Ideas on this one.

I don't, but make sure you are using ther latest Service Pack (SP4).
