User must change pw at next logon

Hi all,

Our domain is W2K mixed mode, 2 DC's, only domain in
forest. When we need to reset a user password using ADUC
the default setting on the Reset Password screen is that
the 'User must change password at next logon' box is not
checked. Is there a way to change the default so that
the box is checked. We need this for a web tool some of
our admins use to reset passwords.
